First of all my english isnt very good. And its also my first build so please dont flame.

For runes I pick magic penatration marks , mana reg per level seals and abillity power per level quins and glyph's.

I think every mage needs magic penatration so I choose these marks. Because your on lane you dont wanna get out of mana and every time you level up you become stronger and stronger. With more mana reg and more abillity power. After the friendlish code I want max speed with some magic penatration. And then I upgrade friendlish to evil tome.

For items I start with a doran's ring. As you know in this build you become stronger each level. But that means your not very strong in the beginning. And with a doran's ring you already 15 ap and 5 mana reg. After that I pick boots because I dont wanna get deas ganked. With some extra speed and your E skill you have already a nice escape. After that I wanna get friendlish codex. This is 1 of the most important items for a laning ahri. Not only you get evwen more ap and mana reg but you also will get a 10% cooldown. Which is very usefull for even a more faster ulti. Now you get these items its almost impossible to get out of mana so you can keep doing some nice damage. But as you know mages are most times very squishy so I choose for some extra ap and health with the crystal scepter. If you get all these items your mostly in mid/late game. Thats where you need alot of ap to but very usefull. Thats why I choose the deathcap. And last some extra ap with magic resist or bonus armor is nice too depends on the enemy team.

When your in a open field you use E-Q-W for max damage. When your in place with alot of minions I recommend Q so you can hurt the enemy. Only use the ulti when your enemy is weak and your sure you cant chase him without it. Her ulti is also very usefull for escaping. Dont just press repeadly R but watch for jungle. Its the best place to use your ulti when you got chased.

Recommended:

Flash: Yes you have your ulti for great escaping but with flash your even more secure to escape without wasting your ulti.

Ignite: Very usefull when you use your ulti. With ignite you can be sure to finish your enemy off.

Ghost: Could be great for escaping if you prefer ulti for escaping instead of flash.

Teleport: You cant be everywhere can you? Well with teleport you can. Its great for ganking mid and defending towers.

Pros:

Nice damage.
Excellent escape abilities.
Very annoying champion.

cons:

Even with charm and flash or ghost your easy to gank in early game.
Bit squishy.

Its a champion which required alot of skill and practice. You need to learn your Q and E skill for max damage. You also need to know when you can use your ulti timing is crucial.

Its a squishy champion. Dont bother when people say your just a kill stealer because you play defensive. You just need to know when you join the battle and when you need to leave it.
