Its too short, if you want it up the latter you need to go more in-depth.

I really liked this build. I've used it about 10 times now and each time I've gotten 16+ kills. I like how the guide is short, and not a wall of text. I don't want to know about numbers all I want to know is the items I need, skill sequence and a bit of guidance on how to use the abilities.

My eyes! My eye! Arrrgh, some help me. Those screenshots; worse team comps ever.
sry for that insult, i just couldnt stand those team comps, rly.

you should explain those items individually. and during your explanation you put 7 items and 3 situational. but ill just use the build up-top:

1) you dont need spell vamp. your passive gives you some every 3 AoE spells.
2) lichbane is a must. you desire it. you need it. your cooldown are so low that you can put it into a large effect.
3) replace morello tome with deathfire grasp. that passive is worth the 15 ap,5mana, 5%cd loss.--besides max cd is 40%.this means you should have a max of 15%(dfg's amount) since blue gives 25% i think. the buff may have changed since jungle remake; i didnt verify.-- dont use DFG on tanks... they reduce the effect because of their high mr and you dont want a habit of targeting them.

no offense here:
i should test your skills...those scores and team comp looks totally fake

1. Personal Preference. I like that I can heal myself over time even more. It makes a huge difference.

2. I use the tomb instead of Lichbane because I don't auto attack much. In the end all I do is spam spam spam. No desire or need for lichbane. Its a good choice. That's why its under other options. An auto attack between your abilities is not needed or necessary later on. It is not a must.

3. The blue buff gives 20% CDR and even less so in the beginning. (I guess it scales now). I don't perfer DFG, but again, its in the optional items.

All screen caps are real. I've been playing Ahri since day one. A couple have been with a friend, but most of all my games are random. I don't play ranked. Normally the comps are not desireable..

I don't think Lichbane is something worth getting half her abilities you aren't auto attacking to use its effect even when u can spam ur abilities i feel u can get an item for better usage

HEy an short comment to your item build:
First iwould build Rylai's Crystal Scepter befor Morello's Evil Tome. And Deathcape not so late. Example : Boots,Pots -> When u are fed cape/ when you are not ged fed Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
And for summonor Spell i prefer Flash and exhaust more then flash ignite.

It's a good guied overall, but i have some remarks.
1.I can't tell you how bad of a choice you made with taking Runic Affinity ! if you're not in the jungle there is absoulutely no reason to get it! Especially when Ignite is in your cheet sheet, which means you're gonna need Summoner's Wrath .
2.You're getting Hextech Revolver way too early when you're gettng Will of the Ancients last. And why are you getting it last anyway? Also, why Rabadon's Deathcap so late? Rabadon's Deathcap is a much better item then Rylai's Crystal Scepter if you ask me.
3.Your ability sequence is impossible. nothing can be maxed out before level 9.
4.Decent CC? Ahri? She has an amazing CC!
5.Your summoner spells on your cheet sheet and your build are Ignite and Flash, yet in your summoner spells chapter you mentioned liking Clarity better, and Ignite viable O.o
