I play Ahri mid A LOT.
so i can't see why you don't buy hourglass or warmog's. I like to do that because you want really die.
because of your flash and "R" the ult.
if i get full build with warmog's i got around 600 AP and 4k HP
without warmog's 2,8k HP and maybe only 700 AP so i love to take this warmog's or hourglass; you want die :D
you could try it out and come back to me :)

also it's orb of deception not orb of destruction
