Welcome to my Guide on Ahri!

Hello! My name is Alex, I'm quite new to this site, but what I'm not new to is Ahri the Nine-Tailed fox! Honestly I'm just going to go over the differences between mine and LaCorpse's guide here

Basically Everything that isn't covered here is given a pretty good explanation on her page. (otherwise I'd basically be copying her and that's a big no no).

Pros:

Good burst dmg
two spells that can single target
the ability to charm all the champs of LoL
is an assassin
Sexy fox lady

Cons:

Squishy
Needs AP items to be any good
without your ult it's easier to kill you
No sexy fox male to reproduce with =[

The only difference here is I took one point in mastermind and another in Artificer b/c i don't have any activate-able items in my setup, but in the rare case i do it IS kind of nice to have the amount of time it takes to use them decreased by %15.

You might be asking yourself, "Why is he taking 3 straight ability power runes instead of finishing off the scaling ones?"

Well the answer is for two reasons

1) I bought Akali before the patch fixed her so i had an extra 3 ap runes i wasn't going to ever need again, and decided why not put them on Someone.

2) Ahri scales incredibly well with Ap and the more she has at level 1 the faster/easier/more reliably she can dominate her lane. (plus i nerd out when i see that the scaling ones and straight ones are the same ap at the end. idk why.)

OK Here it is The biggest difference so far. Items.

Let's go though this step by step.

Early game:

Boots and pots - obviously

then BOOM Doran's ring, Sorcerer shoes, and a blasting wand.

Dooran's ring b/c mana regen is needed on Ahri, Sorcerer shoes b/c Ahri rocks magic pen, and a blasting wand so you can buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter faster.

Why rush Rylai's Crystal Scepter? THE SLOW MAN. IT DECIMATES PEOPLE. EVERY OTHER BUY AFTER THE SCEPTER IS JUST BORROWING FROM IT'S GLORY.

Also It's nice to get blasting rod because it can be upgraded into so many good items that's it's worth buying anyways.

Void staff next cause it ignores armor and stuff granting that next kill.

Abyssal Scepter because Ahri can still hit champions within it's small aura.

Edit: i took out doran's ring of my core build in place of Liandry's Torment b/c doran's ring is really useless late game. Also Liandry's Torment magic pen is amazing on Ahri and the burn messes the enemy's health up SO HARD.

And Rabadon's Deathcap B/c it's op on Ahri?

Naturally this is not Always the order you want to buy in in Every situation, but as long as get Rylai's Scepter Asap You can practically buy items to better fit the situation.

Other options:

Will of the Ancients - Get if at least one other person has it or you want more MR.

Zhonya's Hourglass - Get if your getting REALLY focused.

Mejai's Soulstealer - BECAUSE YOUR ULT ISN'T LOW ENOUGH AM I RIGHT? also Ap bouns woo.

Deathfire Grasp - for those pesky champions that JUST WONT DIE. also Cdr is nice. (refer to ^)

Ahri - Be better then her

Akali - buy pink wards and harass her till she gets her ult then wait by your tower till your jungle comes to help.

Anivia - burst her down when you can but be careful for she likes to use her jungler and her wall to kill you more effectively

Annie - Stay away from her whenever you see a whirlwind around her, and burst her down when she doesn't have one

Brand - be mindful of his flame pillars and build MR sooner. try not to feed.

Cassiopeia - She spits on you. SPIT BACK.

Cho'Gath - I never thought I'd see the day where I'd be going against a cho gath mid. i still haven't but for the most part he's like a leblanc with a brand while still offering a tank role. be mindful of anything he does.

Diana - Her q ability is in an arc and she has a pull. build MR and good luck.

Elise - build MR and good luck.

Evelynn - Pink wards. own her.

Fiddlesticks - Get charm @ level 2 and save it for his life drain ability.

Fizz - burst him down from far away and stay far away.

Garen - he's a tank and has a silence. i wish there was a Tenacity item with AP. sigh.

Gragas - be mindful of his barrels and burst him down.

Heimerdinger - I have no idea. He's like Zyra except he gets the ability to upgrade his turrets. enjoy.

Karthus - burst him down HARDCORE. also charm helps too.

Kassadin - just be mindful of his teleport and ask for help from jungler.

Katarina - save your charm for her ult. don't waste Too much mana trying to keep up in CS it'll be a waste if you can't charm her ult.

Kayle - be mindful of her ult and her far range ability + slow. might need some help.

Kennen - Don't get hit more then twice by ANY of Kennen's abilities. wait until it wears off to try something stupid. STAY AWAY WHEN IN ULT TERRITORY & WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE HELPS YOU.

Kha'Zix - i guess pink wards when he's 6? i duno stay out his attack range you should be fine.

Kog'Maw - i hate kog ma. opt out of mid. if you MUST play it, play safe.

LeBlanc - be mindful of anything she does and build MR ASAP. she can out burst you.

Lux - don't get caught in her bubble or her stun. you'll do ok.

Malzahar - his ult is op. besides that he doesn't have much on you. range advantage him and be mindful of his ult.

Master Yi - charm his meditate. good luck.

Mordekaiser - doesn't have too much on you, stay out of attack range and you'll be ok.

Morgana - same as lux don't get caught you might be ok. her ult is kind of op so care around that.

Nidalee - dodge spears. good luck.

Orianna - kind of forgot she could mid. be mindful of her BALLS. xD. no but srsly you shouldn't have too much trouble here.

Ryze - burst him down before he can burst you down. good luck.

Swain - dodge lasers. good luck

Syndra - SOOO MANY BALLS. burst her down before she burst you. shouldn't be That hard.

Talon - burst down. or die trying. srsly thou he shouldn't be that hard. (possibly)

Teemo - die honorably. srsly tho. pink ward. enjoy your slaughter.

Twisted Fate - dodge flying cards. call mias or pings whenever he's not there.

Veigar - don't get stunned by his circle stun. stay inside it and hit him as much as you can while inside so he doesn't get the chance the burst you.

Viktor - dodge lasers. good luck.

Vladimir - don't see it often but when he does, OWN HIS FACE. at least until he runs away.

Xerath - Rarest mid ever. dodge lasers. good luck.

Ziggs - dodge bombs. good luck.

Zyra - no idea! still easier then hemierdinger. so you have that.
