there isnt any fancy things you need to go to do well with this build. You just have so much attk speed with on hit items that no matter who is the opponent they are going down as long as you play smart. If you're being chased just run into a bush and let them get closer then hit w and they will go down, and incase they make it out alive just follow and pick up the kill assuming u did enough dmg. This build is meant to give you great dmg output with some defense to back it up keeping you alive and healthy and should give you sometime to do some dmg if you're fouced on in a teamfight, but if they do so just get ur passive on and make them regret focusing you first, you could choose to add lifesteal, but you really wont need it.
