Your guide is hard to read. The runes don't proc the passive. Work on your layout and you're already a lot further

i see that you built some AD in your runes to try and trigger her passive. Maybe actually getting some attack damage through masteries to actually activate it at level 1? You should try and use bbcode to include images to make your guide stand out as well
