laning

With akali you want to be passive almost fully until lvl 6 and then go in quickly to get first blood or wait for a gank to quickly finish off your lane opponent.

Or you can just farm better than you lane opponent poke him out of lane and then roam to get a few quick kills

Farming

I like to Q then auto to get off the bonus damage if you are bad at farming but you can also just auto or E to get lots of farm.

early game

early game you want to just really be safe until lvl 6 and then try to snow ball by getting a few kills then buying mejais and boots and then no one can touch you.

mid game

with lots of people still in their lanes you want to crush your laning opponent and then switch lanes with one of your team mates to get more kills while they cover your lane easily farming against a under lvled lane opponent.

Late game

you really just want to wait for someone to be caught out and burst them down before they can do anything because in a team fight if you dash in you will just be melted by cc or just dead because you are squishy.
