Here's a guide to change the view of some of Akali

This is not a pathetic character, but rather a mass of damages on its own.

For the runes, I think it's important to have enough attack damage and power to activate its liabilities, and do plenty of damage even at the first 5 minutes of the game.

That is why I propose:
-9 Brand attack damage
-9 Seal of power
-9 Glyph power
-3 Quintessential power

What better way to have early in the game:

-9 Attack damage
-29 power

I know it's rather small, but the damage is reflected in the game =)

I opt for the Masters for 21 3 6

A lot of damage, a small aditional defense because that is what is default on it, but hey you can not have it either, and some reduction of death with a small gain more xp.

For items, at first I took the boots or a book of power, it depends if the champions in front, or if I want to do much more damage early in the game.

Arriving in fact part I sell my boots sorcerer, and I took a second to rabadon deathcap, which is optional, I will lose a lot in running speed and a little magic penetration, but the damage is more than appreciable.

If you're more the type to stay longer in combat, much to the suicidal as they say, I suggest you get mark of the assassin as possible without forgetting the other two skill that are still very useful, if not climb over crescent slash or a mix of both, and twilight shroud mount last is a good thing since I think your enemy will be more stuff at the end of his party will give you a small bonus to defense.
