But I do have a question. Consider switching the order of lich bane and abyssal scepter? lich bane's passive just seems more useful/important than extra magic penetration from abyssal scepter.

Phage is good for chasing, and Lich Bane gives you nice nukability, but Guinsoo's doesn't do much for you.
Otherwise, it's a good build.
