If you can vote without having to comment then someone could trollvote a guide, and the author would never know who and/or why they donvoted. Then again, as far I know, you can't force comment to vote on a guide with more than 20 votes. |

^ Keep comment to vote is a lot better, because of trollvoters. Awesome guide, but it's a bit hard to read :/ Add some spaces and maybe remove some of the line columns

Great guide. Lovely detail and absolutely informative. I would suggest to remove  Void Staff and add in  Rabadon's Deathcap, placing Void Staff in the situational item section. This is because unlike the cap, Void Staff is only useful if over 3 of them have over 100 MR. This is not often the case, therefore Rabadon's Deathcap will make for a better cookie-cutter item.You also have two dividers between  Flash and  Ignite instead of one.

Well its the same reason as  Sheen the mana isn't important what is important is the ap, movement speed and the passive which allows you to do massive damage with your abilities. After  Lich Bane your  Mark of the Assassin should hit for about 50-70% increased damage.
