I have not read your guide yet,but something irks me in your Manamune explanation.Not that I think it is bad,it is the fact that you stated that

<< the best thing about this item is that every time u auto attack you get 1 extra mana and every spell gives 4 mana cool huh?>>

Well I don't play Yorick at all but the only thing I could see would be with your summoner spells.

With your summoner spells there are some other options you can do that can help you and your jungler out during the laning phase.

First off you can get Exhaust over Ignite usually the jungler probably won't have Exhaust and some of the jungling champions depend on pure burst alone too make a gank good, but picking up exhaust might just make that burst more likely too be effect with the slow and reduction due too the Mastery you put into offense, but of course still use it against champions up top like vlad :P

Second off you can also use Teleport it helps you get back into the lane and make sure your early game is where it needs too be and cover other lanes in case of emergency.

Last but not least your Flash is the only thing that should be used with about any champion and I bet yo'rick would need it a lot so if you use either of these summoner spells make sure you still keep that Flash.
