Hello, just some brief feedback and points of notice I'd like to offer.

Runes/Masteries

I'd say Greater Marks of Insight the magic penetration counterpart is superior due to the majority of Alistar's spells doing magic damage and his damage being most of a threat at the laning phase of the game. As you stated before Dodge runes will soon be removed so not much use including runes which will soon be invalid so should consider replacing them with either some form of mana regeneration runes or gold replenishing runes depending on your taste.

Your masteries say indicate to myself that you wish to be going towards a more tank-like route yet you don't include useful team items such as Randuin's Omen in your build which can be built from Heart of Gold mid-late game.

Summoner Spells

I don't really find Teleport to be on the same level of usefulness as lets say Heal or Flash. Heal allowing you to support not only your laning parter but save your arse when initiating whilst landing a small heal on nearby team-mates. Flash allowing to initiate with various combos be it flashing in then pulv to headbutt the carry to your team-mates for example.
