Thank you for taking the time to look at my guide and I hope it will help you on your climb out of ELO HELL.

Summoner Spells

I'm certain most of you are thinking, "WTF? HEAL AND CV?" Let me explain myself.

In ELO HELL, people tend to...
---> Die to face-checking (Solution: Clairvoyance)
---> Have poor map awareness (Solution: Clairvoyance)
---> Like to dive for kills (Solution: Heal)



But I "NEED" flash...
---> No you don't. Flash is (meant to be) a quick-fix for a mistake, or to catch the enemy by surprise. No hard CC in your kit is instant. [Sorry, no "INSTANT RAMEN" TSUNAMI].
---> Playing without flash teaches you to play safer, make better decisions, and focus on positioning. [Safe zone: Flash + stun away]


But Exhaust seems better...
---> By all means, take exhaust if you feel your team lacks CC. Grabbing heal makes Eleisa's miracle more cost-effective.


Why Clairvoyance is important...
---> You may get to see the starting items of the enemy team. [ex. JUNGLER W/ DORAN'S = INVADE]
---> At 1:30 ~ 1:40 you have an idea of whether the enemy jungler is at Red/Blue
---> You can prevent lvl 2 ganks. [Upgraded Clairvoyance reveals champions for 2 more seconds.]
---> Safer warding [It's nice to know you won't run into a Jayce Hammer to the Face]

Runes

Nami is like Sona without the armor aura. She is fragile.

Armor is all you need so you can take pokes, survive All-ins/Dives,and increase your "total" HP gain from Heal.

Items

Start with...

With masteries, you should be starting with 5 wards. [Each lane bush, river, tri-bush, and a ghost ward for invades]
Crystalline Flask gives you 2 Health potions (300 HP) and a little less than 1 Mana potion (120 MP). That is 105g. Use 9 charges, then you are getting free potions.

Support Yourself...

Philosopher's Stone will give you HealthRegen and ManaRegen which means more lane presence.
Kage's Pick will give you AP which means more damage and more heal.
Both give you increased gold income.

Almost there...

Boots of mobility gives you the speed necessary to position yourself to ult before/during teamfights.
Free Wards and health. No complaints.
**Carry two vision wards. One for dragon and one for baron.
***If there is an enemy with stealth, carry an extra vision ward for team fights
