Run far away ! wait your cooldown, follow the enemy champ, Cast Roar >> Sheen proc >> hit enemy >> Be ready to Headbutt / pulverise in your allies ^^

Some people gonna said OMG WHY ! ALLISTAR IS A TANK
Tell me seriously who is focus in this game ?

In the entire game you never be focus... Why take masteries for tanking so ....
When we lose a teamfight often i am the last to die ....
Because of the focus order !
Of course you can initiate >>> Flash >>> pulverize, when you cast your ult it's like a rogue who gain stealth. People IGNORE YOU !!!!

Offense :
Yes we are a tank normaly but we have Skills with a AP ratio 1:1 then Magic spell pen is usefull for early gank and finish some squishies :)

Utility :
+Regen / +Gold / +EXP / +Move speed / +CDR / +CDR Summoner

All what we need. The EXP really help you to follow level of your ally ;)

Runes

** I prefer this Mark because your basic attack hit harder then it's useful for : Early gank, Last hit , hit tower **

** We spam our skills we need a little regen mana. I rarely get Out of Mana with this :) **

** We Need CDR ! with this Glyph you get 0.9 x 9 = 8.1 CDR at level 18 **

Masteries give 9 % + 8.1 % from runes = 17 % ! In game you only need 23 % CDR

Quints are really a personnal Choice

We get Utility masteries but why not, you can chase easily

Hp Quints :
For people like me who like a good start, and have a All champ Rune setup ^^

Only one ! Then you gonna get 17 + 2 = 19 CDR at level 18 only 20% remaining to be close to the 40 %

Core:

I always start with this, it bring you mana for spamming spell, and pots make you stay longer in lane :)

** is use for Help other lane, you must be aware ! Detect any gank who is possible, your carries need to be feed ^^. Don't kill steal just take the assist :) **

Then it's your personnal Choice. You can choose another Boots but i feel fine with this :)

- Heavy Harass team ? low life ? Just trip back buy boots and Hp pots
- You got a good partner gank is possible ? Then
- Gank possibility on the other lane ?

- Hard AD like tristana ? Skip sheen
- Hard AP ? Skip Sheen

Maybe you should consider .
(THX Raica)The HoG becomes PROFITABLE after 9 min 45sec. After 32.5 min you will have the amount of bonus gold equal to the price of the HoG.

Why 9 min 45sec? If you sell the HoG you become 70% of it's initial price.
So you need to gain >30% of the price the its passive to make the HoG profitable and these 30% u gain after 9 min 45 sec.

Math:
(5gold/5sec)*(60sec/1min)*(holding time of the item)= cost*(3/10)
(holding time)= (cost*(3/10))/(5gold/5sec)*(60sec/1min) after this time you will make PROFIT ]

(THX Twobeef) : Either way, playing a tank that starts with two or three HoGs is a solid move. It doesn't slow down your build - it becomes a part of your build, giving you plenty health and armor now in exchange for better stats late ]

Why max Pulverize and headbutt ?

I never use the same skilling order but i gonna try to explain my vision

At the start i always take AOE stun it's normal

After this you can take everything
** If the enemy don't harass you can build up it do some great damage low cooldown
** Need to farm ? build up
** Personally i always wait since i really need the heal i never max it first ! NEVER
** My choice **
I always keep at the same level :) to farm and do some damage :) and i up heal if i am ONLY heavily harass

Skills
- Pulverize 15 sec Cooldown >>> 40 % CDR = 9 sec Cooldown
- Headbutt 12 sec Cooldwon >>> 40% CDR = 7.2sec Cooldown
- Triumphant Roar 12 sec Cooldwon >>> 40% CDR = 7.2sec Cooldown
- Unbreakable Will 80 sec Cooldown >>> 40% CDR = 48 sec Cooldown

*** I always after you must look enemy team ! You only NEED 20 % CDR because of masteries / runes ***

Some people tell me. Why do you use , yesterday i play a game with a Malzahar/Warwick/Ash then you have 2 cleanse ;). They can't stun lock you and in this situation keep your spell to break 2 of his 3 ult ;)

BASICS

** STUN LOCK your enemies / WALL STUN
Cast on your target and aim a wall, he gonna be stun 0.5 / 1 sec
them run front stay front and wait for again

** Long stun / Charge stun
Cast when you it the enemy immediately cast
It let you charge a target and stun him immediately. The target gonna be stunned in the air for 1 or 2 sec

Really usefull to do a amazing because you can charge a enemy team tank and AOE stun all the team. Yes charge a tank don't help carries to flee ;)
Of course used this when flash is on cooldown. Because with this tactics you can't the enemy carries to your team
Need a little pratice, and sometimes you gonna save enemy lives, or PUMP him to far away because you don't press at the right moment

** Interupt
care it won't interupt some spells
a stun no explain ^^
i rarely use Pulverize for the interupt i prefer headbutt because i prefer to keep my for a AOE stun it can save your team.
Katarina / nunu ult far away ? GOGO charge stun, your team gonna think omfg we need to burst him :p

** Bump me am famous ^^
5vs5 fight near light wall ? Try to a tank, a stunner throught the wall ;)
Keep cookies squishies for your carries :)
When enemy team do nashor often some people go behind nashor to the wall :) to let tank in front if enemy team comes
AOE stun the team a annoying char throught a wall
Result in a 4vs5 ;)
