Problems:

Buying the most expensive item in the game on a support (without quints of gold to make it worse)
Buying ad items. Wrong because support. Wrong because Alistar.
Buying thornmail. Wrong because not rammus. The damage is pitiful even in the occasion that the tank is focused and also the armour is not anywhere near as efficient as building health.
Crystalline flash is not an item a support buys. Neither are elixirs of fortitude and brilliance as a support is quite often expected to sacrifice themselves and they don't have much spare money.
0 points in the utility tree. You should go 0/9/21 or at least 0/21/9.
