Overview

This is a DPS build ment to help you take down opponents and destroy towers like minion. The great thing about Alistar is the fact that he has high tank states to start off with giving him great survivability, add in Triumphant Roar and Alistar will stand and fight for some time.

Skills

Colossal Strength

Colossal Strength

-Passive: Alistar deals 20/40/60% damage to turrets.
This is how Alistar beats down turrets like he beats down minions. Late game you will walk over turrets like there not even there.

Pulverize

- Alistar smashes the ground, dealing 80/125/170/220/270 (+100% of aility power) magic damage and tossing all nearby enemy units into the air, stunning them for the duration.
Cooldown: 15
Cost: 70/85/100/115/130
Range: 200

This is a great Gank starter/Teammate saver/Escape stopper. the stun is great and lasts for at least 1.5/2 seconds. That is a long time for someone to stand there and get pounded on. I've gotten first blood because of this ability alone quit often. The down side is that it has a high mana cost compared to Alistar's mana pool.

Headbutt

- Alistar charges at an enemy and rams them dealing 90/140/190/245/300 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and knocking them back (does not stun).
Cooldown: 12
Cost: 80/90/100/110/120
Range: 650

This is great for knocking enemies of an ally, removing the enemy tank from the team battle, and getting that killing blow when an enemy tries to run away. It has good range and damage even without ability power. Just like with Pulverizer this has a high mana cost for Alistar's mana pool.

Triumphant Roar

- Instantly restore 60/90/120/150/180 (+40% of ability power) health to himself and half of that value to surrounding allied units. Cooldown ticks down by 2 seconds each time a nearby enemy unit dies.

Cost: 20/30/40/50/60
Range: 200

This is Alistar's heal that will make him great support early on. With minions dying all around you it normally cools down rather quickly. It also allows your minions to survive a bit longer also for pushing ot those towers early game.

Unbreakable Will

- Alistar gains 60/75/90 physical damage, and takes 75% reduced physical and magic damage for 6/7/8 seconds.
Cooldown: 120/100/80
Cost: 150
Range: 1

This is what makes you a face crucher. Need that gank? Need that turret down right now? this is the ability that will do it for you. Also that reduced damage allows you to stand in the middle of a team battle and laugh as you pulverize everyone and cruch there glass cannons to dust.

Core



I personally start off by getting the at game start and just build the core as you can from there. Also this is for when you are up against mainly melee and tank type groups. If there are alot of mana dependent champions or casters use the Wit's End in place of the The Black Cleaver.

Early Game

Early on you should be in either top or bottom with an ally and support them from being harrassed by enemy champions by using your Triumphant Roar when they take damage. Once you hit level 2 you can start looking for one of the enemy champions to get to close and Pulverize them for hopefully a quick gank, or atleast some good damage.

Mid Game

Work at pushing those turrets. It is time for the crushing to start. I will sometimes just ignore the enemy champion that is trying to defend the turret and just start beating on it, of corse at this level you still want minions to be taking the turret blasts. If you have an high dps ally with you, you can help get them kills by stunning the enemy when possible. Careful though, I would always get teamed up on once me and my ally pushed and half killed there second turret in my lane. From here on the enemy team will hate you.

Late Game

Okay, is your team able to fight the enemy team decently enough? Do you have up to your Frozen Mallet yet? Are you at least level 16? If so you can start taking turrets with out any assistance from minions. Try to sneak to a turret through the jungle and smash that turret with Unbreakable Will ASAP, and watch the enemy team scramble as they try to figure out what is going on. then as they are trying to stop what ever just happened find your way back to your allies and help them fight/defend/push tell your Unbreakable Will is done cooling down. Now be careful cause once the enemy team fully notices what you are doing, and can't see you, there dps will comb the jungle for you to try and stop you. If so then just keep with your team and crush, crush, crush. Victory should be yours soon.
