Teemo - The Swift Scout

The Ad/Ap item build is only for the 3vs3 Map

Blinding Dart:
This is your main damage nuke and a very good counter to DPS carries with the blind and the good scaling.
Its also your main means of triggering your Lich Bane late game.
It resets your autoattack timer which means that you can hit the enemy 3 times within a very short time span.
(you can see it in the video on different occasions and its especially helpful in the dfg, dart, toxic shot/lich bane combo)
Move Quick:
A very helpful skill that makes you stay alive and chase people with unmatched speed while being a passive. With basic boots you are almost as fast as a melee champion with improved boots. With improved boots you can outrun someone with improved boots and ghost. The active component adds some survivability and should not be underestimated.

Your tertiary means of triggering your Lich Bane late game. (mainly during chases, use Move quick for what it was intended)
Toxic Shot:
Early game this skill is used to make last hitting easier and to harass the enemy. It makes towerdiving hard and should not be applied when you want to suppress someone and get a few shots at the tower.early-mid game it increases your DPS, especially in combination with Malady. Late game it deals a large amount of damage since it scales 1:0.7 if you get the full duration poison.
Stacking attackspeed is a bad idea since only the in-build burst is added each hit and every second of poison scales equally.
Noxious Trap:
Some people say this is the skill that makes AP Teemo viable. While it is a great mine that deals a lot of damage it still can be countered and you cannot use it teamfights like an instant damage nuke like so many others can. Without the mushrooms Teemo is still 70-80% combat effective.
Do not use mushrooms to farm minions except late game when you have to farm one huge creep wave.

Leona - The Radiant Dawn

Total Cost: 15700


Shield of Daybreak:
Leona's next basic attack will deal 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+30% of ability power) additional magic damage and stun the target for 1.25 seconds.
Eclipse:
Leona raises her shield to gain 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 bonus Armor and Magic Resistance for 3 seconds. When the effect ends she deals 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+40% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies and prolongs the effect for a bonus 3 seconds if any enemies are struck.

Zenith Blade:
Leona projects a solar image of her sword, which deals 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+40% of ability power) magic damage to all enemies in a line. When the image fades, the last enemy champion struck will be immobilized for 0.5 seconds and Leona will dash to them.

Solar Flare:
After a brief delay, Leona calls down a beam of solar energy dealing 150 / 250 / 350 (+80% of ability power) magic damage and slowing enemies by 80% for 1.5 seconds. Enemies in the center of the beam are stunned instead of slowed.

Cassiopeia - The Serpent's Embrace

Total Cost: 15485


Noxious Blast
Cassiopeia blasts an area with a delayed high damaging poison, dealing 75 / 115 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+90% of ability power) magic damage over 3 seconds and granting her 15% / 17.5% / 20% / 22.5% / 25% movement speed for 3 seconds if she hits a champion.



Miasma
Cassiopeia releases a growing cloud of poison that lasts for 7 seconds, giving vision of the area. Any enemy that passes through it is poisoned for 2 seconds, dealing 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+15% of ability power) magic damage each second and slowing them for 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% / 35%. Continual exposure renews this poison.



Twin Fang
Cassiopeia deals 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200 (+55% of ability power) magic damage to her target. If the target is poisoned then Twin Fang's cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds.



Petrifying Gaze
(Active): Cassiopeia deals 200 / 325 / 450 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to all enemies in front of her. Enemies facing her are stunned for 2 seconds, while enemies facing away are slowed by 60% for the same duration.

Udyr - The Animal Spirit

Tiger Stance:
Activation: On his next attack, Udyr swipes at his target, dealing normal attack and dealing 170% of his attack damage + 30 / 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 extra damage over 2 seconds as magic damage. In addition, your attack speed is increased by an additional 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% for 5 seconds.
Persistent Effect: Udyr's attack speed is increased by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%.


Turtle Stance:
Activation: Udyr gains a temporary shield that absorbs 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+50% of ability power) damage.
Persistent Effect: Udyr's attacks cannot crit, but he restores 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20% of his damage as health and 9 / 10.5 / 12 / 13.5 / 15% of his damage as mana.


Bear Stance:
Activation: Udyr gains 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 / 27% increased movement speed for 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 seconds.
Persistent Effect: Udyr mauls his target with such force that they are stunned for 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target for 6 seconds.

Phoenix Stance
Activation: Udyr sends out pulsing waves of fire dealing 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 (+25% of ability power) magic damage each second to nearby enemies for 5 seconds. In addition, Udyr's ability power is increased by 16 / 24 / 32 / 40 / 48 and his attack damage is increased by half of that amount.
Persistent Effect: Every third attack, Udyr engulfs enemies in front of him in flame, dealing 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+25% of ability power) magic damage.

Anivia - The Cryophoenix

Total Cost: 15280


Flash Frost
A massive chunk of ice flies toward target location, dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+50% of ability power) damage, slowing movement by 20%, and chilling any enemy it passes through. At the end of its range or if Anivia activates the spell again, the missile detonates, doing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+50% of ability power) magic damage in a small area and stunning units for .75 seconds.


Crystallize
Anivia summons an impenetrable wall of ice 400 / 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 units wide, blocking all movement. The wall lasts for 5 seconds before it melts.


Frostbite
Anivia blasts her target with a freezing wind, dealing 55 / 85 / 115 / 145 / 175 (+50% of ability power) magic damage. If the target has been chilled, they take double damage.


Glacial Storm
Toggle: Anivia calls forth a driving rain of ice and hail, dealing 80 / 120 / 160 (+25% of ability power) magic damage per second, slowing their movement and attack speed by 20% for 1 seconds, and chilling them. Costs 40/50/60 mana per second while the storm is active.

Astral Blessing
Restores 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 300 (+90% of ability power) health and grants 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 bonus armor for 9 seconds.



Infuse
If cast on an allied champion, restores 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 Mana.
If cast on an enemy champion, silences them for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 second(s) and deals 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+60% of ability power) magic damage.

Blood Boil
Increases an allied unit's attack speed by 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65% and movement speed by 11 / 12.5 / 13 / 14.5 / 15% for 15 seconds. Nunu also gains the effects of Bloodboil if casted on an allied unit.



Ice Blast
Nunu throws a ball of ice at an enemy unit, dealing 85 / 130 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and slowing their movement speed by 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% and attack speed by 25% for 4 seconds.



Absolute Zero
While channeling for 3 seconds, slows nearby enemy units' attack speed and movement speed. After channeling, enemies caught in the area are dealt 625 / 875 / 1125 (+250% of ability power) magic damage.

Kennen - The Heart of the Tempest

Thundering Shuriken
Kennen throws a fast moving shuriken towards a location, dealing 75 / 115 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+75% of ability power) magic damage and adding a Mark of the Storm to any opponent that it hits.



Electrical Surge
(Passive): Every 5 attacks, Kennen deals magic damage equal to 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% of his attack damage and adds a Mark of the Storm to his target.
(Active): Surges electricity through all nearby targets afflicted by Mark of the Storm, dealing 65 / 95 / 125 / 155 / 185 (+55% of ability power) magic damage and adding another mark.



Lightning Rush
Kennen gains his base movement speed again as a flat movement speed bonus, as well as 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 increased Armor and Magic Resistance, and the ability to pass through units for four seconds, but he is unable to attack. Lightning Rush deals 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245 (+60% of ability power) magic damage and adds a Mark of the Storm to any hostile unit he passes through; deals half damage to minions.
Kennen is refunded 40 energy if he passes through an enemy while using this spell, but can only gain this effect once.



Slicing Maelstrom
Kennen summons a magical storm that deals 80 / 145 / 210 (+40% of ability power) magic damage to a random enemy champion near Kennen every few seconds. The storm hits 6 / 10 / 15 times with a 0.5 / 0.4 / 0.33 second delay between each bolt, and cannot hit the same target more than 3 times. A Mark of the Storm is applied to enemies each time they are hit.

Warwick - The Blood Hunter

Hunger Strike: (Active): Strikes an enemy for the highest value between the flat magic damage and a percentage of the target's maximum health, and heals Warwick for 80% of the magic damage dealt. Monsters will only be dealt the flat magic damage.
Range: 400.

Warwicks best ability! Not only does it damage an enemy hero or minion for percentage based damage, but it also heals you for the damage!

Hunters Strike: (Active): Warwick lets out a howl that inspires all allied champions, increasing Warwick's attack speed and all friendly champions' attack speed by half of the amount for 10 seconds.
Cost: 35 mana.
Radius: 1,200.



WW's built in team steroid that buffs your teams attack speed greatly.
Blood Scent:(Toggle): Warwick senses enemy champions under 50% life within a certain distance of him revealing them until they heal, leave the area or Blood Scent is deactivated. While sensing an enemy, he gains extra movement speed.
Cooldown: 4 seconds

WW's key chasing tool.
Infinite Duress:(Active): Warwick lunges at an enemy champion instantly, suppressing them for 1.7 seconds. On the time they are suppressed, Warwick strikes the target every 0.33 seconds (5 times total) for 33 % of his attack damage as physical damage plus additional damage as magic damage. During this time, he also gains 30% lifesteal. Each of his strikes proc on-hit effects and the physical portion of the attacks benefit from lifesteal.

Annie - The Dark Child

Disintegrate
Annie flings a mana infused fireball dealing 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245 (+70% of ability power) magic damage. Disintegrate's mana cost is refunded if it deals a killing blow.


Incinerate
Annie casts a cone of fire dealing 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+75% of ability power) magic damage to all enemy targets in the area.







Molten Shield
Places a shield around Annie for 15 seconds, increasing her armor and magic resistance by 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50. Deals 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to enemies who attack Annie with melee attacks.

Summon: Tibbers
Annie releases her bear Tibbers from his toy prison, dealing 200 / 325 / 450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to enemy units in the summon area. For a limited time of 45 seconds, Tibbers can move and attack at Annie's will, while continually dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies.
Tibbers has 1200 / 1600 / 2000 health, 30 / 50 / 70 armor, 25 / 45 / 65 magic resist and 80 / 105 / 130 attack damage, and continually deals magic damage to surrounding enemies.



Every time you place Tibbers be sure you have the stun (passive) ready. Important in teamfights

Minions (the Creeps)

Melee Minion:

Charge directly against the enemy. Three spawn each wave. Melee minions have more health than Caster Minion. On Twisted Treeline they give 29 gold on death, value increases by +1 gold after the 1st wave and +1 gold per 5 minutes after that.

Caster Minion:

Attacks enemies from a range. Three spawn each wave. Fires bolts of energy that are the same colour as their teams. On Twisted Treeline they give 22 gold on death, value increases by +1 gold after the 1st wave and +1 gold per 5 minutes after that.

Siege Minion:

Perfect to take down turrets (Takes 50% less damage from towers.). One spawns every three waves until 20 minutes in game, at which point one spawns every two waves. Siege minions have more health than melee minions. On Twisted Treeline they give 36 gold on death, value increases by +1 gold per 2-3 minutes.

Super Minion:

One is spawned each wave in place of the Siege Minion once the enemy lane inhibitor is down (also takes 50% less damage from towers). Two spawn per wave in each lane when all enemy inhibitors are destroyed. Much stronger than any available type of minion.

Siege Rider Minion:

Minions you could summon if you had the Promote Promote spell; they can take lots of damage and do lots of it too.
