First, I like your build, but i want to add something:
Your essences and marks: 3x AD quint + 9x AS mark = +15,3% AS and +6,75 AD
but if you take: 3x AS quint + 1x AS mark + 8x AD mark you get = +15,2% AS and +7,6 AD
In my opinion, -0,1% AS and + 0,85 AD is better, its just a small thing but i hope i helped :)

1.- LuluĀ“s so weak at Early.
2.- No S6 Masteries are not configured
3.- I Think LuluĀ“s would be better Tanky and Annoying with Attack Speed.
