Nice and simple guide, not much detailed tho. I didn't like your masteries at all. You have TP and Ghost but not using the masteries for them. Try out this one;

good job overall. i like the way it is. i would suggest 2 things though- first, perseverance and expanded mind masteries are very poor. i would suggest that you put the point in the teleport mastery as well. getting magic pen marks over ap/level marks will make a bigger difference as well. i would also suggest either Banshee's Veil or Force of Nature as a situational item. other than that, looks great! +1
