This is one of the best builds if not " THE " best build i have ever found for this tank. If you ask why grab the tear of goddess so early, its because you need to build your mana pool up as much as possible because when you turn this into the arch angel staff a percentage of your mana pool is transfered into ability power which for ever 100 ability power you have adds another 1% to your DESPAIR. I don't grab the ability DESPAIR late because it uses to much mana and you should be using TANTRUM to finish off mobs to manufacture as much gold as possible. Plus you can get an early kill with BANDAGE and TANTRUM and finish with exhaust/ignite. With this build you also have good health regen because of the force of nature. After you have purchased your tear of goddess grab the mana/cooldown monster buff as much as possible and cast your TANTRUM every time it is up ( should be every 4 seconds ) this will help build your mana pool and allow you to leave DESPAIR on through the entire endgame. End game with your DESPAIR at 3.7% - 5.7% of enemy champions health per second with the 120 damage per second with the 3 sunfire capes, this is a very large amount of damage to everyone around you, especially if your CotSM (ult) is up. Also lemme explain why i chose the 2 summoner spells i chose... the reasons are simple because ignite works on champions that can heal or are being healed because of the 50% debuff they receive, and exhaust is because if you can keep the champion near you u can do tons of damage to him because of the sunfire capes and DESPAIR.
