The Build!
So, first off I normally build Luden's Echo first, the damage from this early game is quite decent early game, when using your Q the poke is nice. Next, build Morellonomicon and the Ionian boots for the CDR, Zhonya's for the next 10% CDR for the full 40%, then building Rabadon's and Rylai's to finish off.
