Both of Warwick's healing abilities are NOT life-steal.
They're pure healing types, that both proc Spirit Visage.

It actually does work in effect with Q, if I am not mistaken. I may be mistaken with life steal, but the passive is not life steal, but life gain, also taking in the extra 20%. Though, you may be right, it may be better to trade it in for a Sword of the Occult. I'll try that out.

Not bad - but I'd still say nix the Visage. It's more for Health Regen chars, like Mundo or Garen - it doesn't help Warwick's lifesteal because lifesteal isn't considered a "regeneration or healing effect". Overall not bad. Perhaps in the visage's place you could pop in more damage to make the minimal liefsteal in the build be more effective - something not highly expensive, but decent for the damage it provides; sword of the occult, perhaps?
