Go Mid
I think the best way to play Swain is when you are mid ask your teammates to go mid.
Champions like Karthus, Lux Kassadin etc. have 99% no Chance to win a fight against you at mid.
Good Combos
or:
Ravenous Flock, Tormet, Decrepify and Nevermove
