sry guys ai apreciate your comments, the description was not written by e, i copy it im making my own description, i play anivia for long time (2 months) im level 30, i play a lot ranked games and i own with anivia the description i put here was wrong i dont agree with it, my fall. sry for mistake, in soon u have my description.

Pro skill chart 5 points into the ulti. and ginsoo's are u mad? get a GA if u want a situational. how many games have u played as anivia and how many of those were against lvl 30's better yet how many ranked have u done

you need a correction in the chart above u have it placed differently then what you said in your description, the two items you talk about rod of ages and rylai's is not marked in the item box and neither is ninja tabi.

Also I have a few things to say about this and please dont take it as if i'm attacking you cause i'm not.
I've been using Anivia since i got her at around lvl 5 i'm now lvl 19 almost 20 and i used to do what you do with FF, thats bad the main reason is 'cause of the chunk of mana it takes away from you EARLY game, this is a good skill to harass with early especially in mid lane however its wiser to leave at lvl 1 you can harass more with it at lvl 1 till you max out FB and Wall. Yes it does do decent dmg [180(+50%ap)] however your starting mana is nothing to brag about and the speed of it is slow and liable to miss the opponent due to them moving.

also glacial storm is not as bad as you make it sound, it slows the opponent, has a wide range, deals dmg while opponents are in it, and chills this ulti is awesome actually, yes it drains mana if you forget to toggle it off or leave it up to long however! if you Ulti under the enemy then wall behind them you can land a FB and then FF and then toggle it off attack, toggle it back on FB ...etc and you also need to remember like you said your almost never alone your with a team mate if you GC then Wall behind the enemy it makes it hard for them to escape because they are slowed and have to walk around the wall. A lvl 5 wall could practically wall them in the whole lane, this makes it so your teammate can get in and help you kill (because believe me if your up against a tank like shen your not killing him he will kill you)

and going back to what you said about at lvl 6 the ulti being ****py, acuattly its better then FF, its 50 mana per second put it up for one second hit them with a lvl 3 FB toggle it off look at how much damage that does and how much mana it just cost you, more or similar damage to lvl 3 FF and lvl 1 FB for less mana, yes a bit more work but now you can lane longer i've stayed in mid lane from lvl 1 to lvl 11 yeah i should be heading back to base but i didn't need to.

As far as items are concerned your build makes little sense to me because, you talk about FF as if its godly, however FF stuns why would you get Rylai's if your focusing on FF? its 15% slow for FF and GC and only 35% on FB but in this case since you focus of FF u don't even get the slow because your stunning and you feel GC is worthless so i'm assuming that your barely using it so your not getting the additional slow and FB is the only time you get the 35% slow which is not all that worth it to get and item just for FB.

i also dont understand why you would get ninja tabi your better off with merc treads since your going to get alot of CC's casted on you or sorc shoes since u have void staff more magic pen.

and what are u doing with guinsoo rageblade? this doesn't help anivia in any shape or form thats for ap/ad dps characters as it increases your dps anivia is burst now your just wasting gold

ignite and clarity together is a VERY bad idea given you are one of the slowest characters in game you need flash to help you get out or chase! your wall has a long cool down its not something you can rely on all the time, most team fights you only get about one chance to cast a wall maybe twice so without a wall you need another way to get in and get out thats what flash is used for. normally i use flash and ignite however flash and clarity is also a very good setup since clarity allows for you to lane a bit longer.
