I believe slows are applied multiplicatively. So getting rylai's would make you slow enemies to .8*.85=.68 of their original move speed. That basically means rylai's would give all your spells, except wall, about 30% slow.

While nice, I agree with hypershatter in that rylai's isn't really worth getting. It's a VERY expensive item and doesn't provide you with the same amount of utility or survivability as some of the other items you can get.

tnx visfarix for correcting. but still rylai slow isnt nearly as effective of an item to increase your slow. quote from guinsoo:

"Guinsoo
Holy cow there's a lot of misinformation here! I'd better straighten this out.

Rylai's will not stack with itself. Only one "item slow" can be active at a time, and it's the largest one. Item slows include Phage, Trinity Force, Frozen Mallet, and Rylai's Crystal Scepter. However, these will stack with other slow effects, like Nunu's Ice Blast as a random example (really, any other slow in the game will do...).

However, as some people have noted, stacking slows is far from additive. We have soft caps on how much your speed can be hasted or slowed, so usually applying multiple slow effects to a target often won't result in a huge speed decrease past the first one."

Ok a couple suggestions:
1. switch the mark and seal types. AP marks and seals both give the same amount of AP, but MP regen Seals are primary and thus will give you more MP regen/5sec than marks will.
2. Take that one point you put in good hands and put it into utility mastery. good hands is one of the most useless masteries in the game. utility mastery is alot better.

1. take out rylai. the only real benefit for slow is on frostbite, but then u dont rly need slow as ur glacial storm and flash frost does this perfectly. +slows only take the highest effect, they dont stack. glacial storm's 20% slow vs. rylai's 15% slow.

This is wrong. Ability slows and items slows do stack, although with diminishing returns. The effect that hypershatter is describing really only applies to multiple item slows being applied(ie. 2 rylai's scepters being stacked)

ok like i said im still new but i didnt know that since some things seem to stack while others dont. Thanks for the info so now i can change that to something better lol. Hope you liked the build.

standard in terms of skill build order so i wont comment on that.

for items, my view is:

1. take out rylai. the only real benefit for slow is on frostbite, but then u dont rly need slow as ur glacial storm and flash frost does this perfectly. +slows only take the highest effect, they dont stack. glacial storm's 20% slow vs. rylai's 15% slow.

2. expensive build. very. i have never tried DFG + lich bane build but if u can afford that + zhonya every game it could be something. most of the time the RoA is costly.
