I like this guide a lot! (Up-Vote =3)

I actually wanted to know if I could feature it in my Wukong guide as a reference for my match-ups section? I would put a link under Anivia's section as well as the Special Thanks chapter, if you accept. =3

Go a head ;)

Hi! Thanks the guide, it's very well written, i made a use of it like half a year ago, but i joined mobafire just now, that's why i'm writing with this delay.

I tried out most of the things, i even succeeded once to trap 3 people together by pushing them against the wall with crystallize. I like the way anivia works.

I have two thing where i slightly disagree though, but i might be wrong. I think wiping the minion wave is better with a single glacial storm and a few autoattacks to the meele minions, i found that more mana-preserving, than storming and flash frosting.
The other one is the seal runes. Wouldn't be manaregen/lvl better? Though this one is more minor than the first.
What are your opinions on these?

Sincerely,
Wyrade

To answer your question, Wyrade, the Seals of Clarity bypass the Seals of Replenishment at level 7. Seeing as how Taneren uses Replenishment seals for his early game mana issues, I don't think Clarity seals are viable. Personally, though, I use Seals of Vitality to take care of any squishy issues, and I don't spam spells to resolve mana issues. However, that's how I play Xerath and doesn't completely carry over to Anivia's required play style.

Alright, from the time I started playing, the grand old time of two days ago, i thought anivia was interesting because I love birds so I decided to buy her as my first champion. I just bought her, and my first game using your guide was absolutely flawless. thank you for helping me see how she is meant to be played so i can begin to master her.

Voted up!

Very detailed, still one of the best Guides I've ever read.

Suggestion to add to the Unholy Grail:
Buildt from Chalice of Harmony wich gives a nice MR early game and a help to keep up the mana especially for never players even if left at this stage up to one of the last items for upgrading.

Suggestion to explain why/why not:
Lich Bane: As an AP carry you deal tons of damage with your skills during a short time until you come to a short downtime. Also your E (dealing 100%AP damage + a bit standard) has short range, but your AA range is awesome. If someone tries to run away: Autohit after using spells with Lich Bane actually does 500 damage. Nice Burst addition or stopping power.
Also the MR can give a little bit of sustain (even if it is little, but combined with a grail you come up to 100!) and the movementspeed may save your life, because normally anivia is really really slow.
