Thanks for your input. The only reason I don't really like Ignite on Anivia is because I think if her entire combo, especially her E, doesn't kill someone, then you aren't even gonna be close. I very well may change my masteries around for season 3 since % magic pen won't be situational anymore. I have been debating removing Clarity, but I'm not sure what I'd change it to. Again, thanks for the feedback.

I've never been fond with the whole spell on anivia. Sure, she is mana hungry early game, but if you are smart about it, her whole mana problem can be dealt with with not too much work (for instance rushing a . Maybe it's just an opinion, but i'm always a huge fan of on most AP's.
Additionally, NO LOVE FOR ?!?! Lol Free %Mpen is always pretty awesome. I read your explanations regarding , but i still think that you should take it. 15% off of Summoner spells is worth it just for your . With Anivia's slow movespeed, having flash off of CD whenever you can can really save your life! And also, can shred around 25 seconds off of flash, which is actually better than what you get with .
