I like it. I'd use flash rather than ghost. I like all the magic pen, especially in 3's where you run into a lot of tanks.

The more the better, especially if they stack resistance.

Thats... Alot of magic pen. Do you really need that much?

personal preference, I like to use ghost especially on 3v3's because it allows me to quickly get the top of the map to bottom or visa versa if im following someone to stun them or for a gank, the cool down on ghost is a little shorter I believe could be wrong though.

i havnen't actually played anivia yet, so ill wait to vote this up or down until then... but out of all the builds i could find this definately looked like the best one. so ready to try it... but why ghost? seems to me that flash would be much more helpful

lol obviously not an anivia player. for the amount of mana you use with Anivia you need both.
