Early Game:

First off build up you're stun at the well before you go to the lane. Basically its only important if you get ganked at level 1, but its nice to have just in case.

You want to solo mid with this build, harass early if the champion you're against has more then like 700 hp otherwise just use you're disintegrate to last hit creep until you hit 5. At 5 build up your stun and save it until you hit 6. As soon as you hit 6 flash in drop your tibbers, ignite, incinerate and disintegrate and you pretty much have a kill. Make sure after you drop tibbers you alt right click on the hero to make tibbers attack them just in case you need that extra 50-100 damage. Pay attention to top and bottom after you take out the mid guy because lots of teams like to come gank you after you kill him so be aware.

As soon as you get enough gold to buy the codex and boots, go back and grab them, then either gank top/bottom or kill mid again. Keep ganking, but keep an eye on you're tier 1 tower to make sure it doesn't fall while you're ganking. If you kill the guy mid again try to take down the tower so you can move around more freely. Soon as you can buy the soulstealer go back and grab it.

Mid Game/Late game:

Note: ALWAYS try to have you're stun up before you jump into battle. Also utilize you're flash mostly to flash in and target a squishy to take them out of the battle before they can do anything about it.

Basically from now on its all map awareness and ganking. If you can after you gank people in the lane try to take down the tower. The bane of you're late game existence is going to be banshee's veils. You have a few options once those come into play to get around them.

1. Keep you're stun counter at 4 and hit them with a quick disintegrate then drop tibbers on them. You want to make sure that the disintegrate hits them before you drop tibbers since the damage from tibbers is instant and the disintegrate takes a bit to get to them and the banshee's will end up blocking the tibbers damage, which you don't want.

2. Hit them with you're ignite before dropping your stuff on them. Yes, it does completely block the ignite, but by mid/late game you're 1 disintegrate will be doing more damage then the max that ignite will be doing anyway.

3. Keep an eye out for someone who looks like they are building the banshee's and target the hell out of them. Banshee's veil is relatively expensive so if you can keep targeting them while they try to build it they will be so far behind you and you're team by the time that it is completed that it doesn't even matter anymore.

Heroes to look out for:

Shaco: What can I say, he's a **** if you are in a team fight and your team is doing ok with out you dropping too much damage, save your stuff for when shaco appears, otherwise he will just target the hell out of you and rip you.

Olaf: With his stupid ult that stops you're stun, his crazy damage and massive HP he can be a terror. Basically you want to not be alone when you go for this guy. There isn't a whole lot you can do other then nuke you're *** off and hope he dies before you do.

Any hero with a stun or a lot of hp can be a pain, but if you just keep targeting the squishies until you have built up you're soulstealer stacks, no one will be able to stop you.

Uhh, there isn't much more to say, Annie isn't all that complicated of a hero, so as long as you follow the rule of thumb to always target the low hp heros and the ones that can get to you and rip you first you should be ok. Keep in mind also that after you get 2-3 kills early on you will most likely be targeted the rest of the game, so keep to the bushes, utilize you're flash and get the zhoyna's asap.

Ok, have fun and go rip some nubs :)
