Annie, The Dark Child. Pure Ap Build!
I use Ghost to flee in a fight i can't win. or if i need to catch up with an enemy with low hp.
I use Ignite to get kills if the target has low hp, or if im unsure that im going to survive a 1v1 i also throw it in for some extra damage.
Together those 2 are perfect. you'll be able to get kills by cathing up with an enemy with low hp and use your Ignite. And then run into the jungle and hide or use recall.
This item will give you 20 Ability Power, which will increase the damage of your spells.
This item is always good to have with you in low lvl. its like a second chance, you wont have to recall if you screw up and lose alot of health in the start.
This item will grant you 8 ability power each stack, this is always good to have if you're owning your enimies.
Kill = 2 Stacks Assist = 1 Stack
Boots of Swiftness
This item will give you +3 Movement speed. I always prefer +3 boots because of its speed its easy to flee with them, and its easy to catch up with your target.
Rod of Ages
This item will give you Ability Power and Mana. I always chose this item for any Mage Champion. If you need mana this item will help your mana problems. And hey, who dosn't want extra Ability power?
This item will give you Ability Power and Magic Penetration. I chose this item because of its awesome Ability Powers. It will rly help your damage out.
This item will give you Ability Power. Again, i took this item because of its 120 Ability Power it. Since this is a pure Ap build you rly need this.
Rylais Crystal Scepter
This item will give you Ability Power and Health. I took this item because of its Ability Power combined with Health. This mix is good because you wont die as fast as before, and ofc the Ability Power is Increased.
After casting 5 spells, Annie's next spell will stun the target for 1.75 seconds.
Storing a stun for use with her ultimate can turn the tide of a team fight.
Annie flings a mana infused fireball dealing 90 / 130 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+60% of ability power) magic damage. Disintegrate's mana cost is refunded if it deals a killing blow.
Cooldown 4 seconds | Cost 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 mana | Range 625
Judicious use of Disintegrate enables Annie to farm extremely well early in the game.
Annie casts a cone of fire dealing 85 / 145 / 205 / 265 / 325 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to all enemy targets in the area.
Cooldown 8 seconds | Cost 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 mana | Range 625
Annie Molten Shield
Places a shield around Annie for 15 seconds, increasing her armor and magic resistance by 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50. Deals 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to enemies who attack Annie with melee attacks.

Molten Shield is a good spell to cast to work up to Annie's stun, so sometimes it's beneficial to grab at least 1 rank in it.
Annie Summon Tibbers
Deals 200 / 325 / 450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to units in the target area and summons Annie's bear, Tibbers, to destroy her enemies.
Tibbers has 1200 / 1600 / 2000 health and 80 / 105 / 130 attack damage, and continually deals magic damage to surrounding enemies.
