UPDATE: testing out a few more items into this uild. I'm lvl 30 now by the wa y, so i may be tweaking this more, especiallyn ow that i can fill my rune pages. Those ARE up to personal preferance though. I still do not recommend taking any mana regen besides glyphs, because annie only really has mana problems early game if you aren't using her fireball smartly.

i thin k rod of ages is a must for annie, but pretty solid, like it, good work

I'm biased about doran's items, they don't build into anything and by lvl 6 you can usually get an item thats better overall. Feel free to insert dorans ring if you wish, but i find that, in my experience, it deosn't make much difference to survival. i jsut feel that they sacrifice anything worthwhile for a little tiny bit of everything. take dorans sword as an example on a physical hero, at 3% life steal you get...maybe 3 hp per hit at 100 damage? grab vamp scepter instead of that, and your grabbing 12+ hp per hit . big difference.

good build but i think doran's ring as first item would be better because she is incredibly squishy

the items, in game at least, state its 2 second cooldown, so that's what i based it on.

To temzilla
some tanks like garen(tank built not pure damage built) have a nasty habit of running when you drop a stun on an area, and since you usually drop a stun AND another skill, even if they have banshee's, they'll at least be slowed if not stunned. Annie isn't the fastest caster nor do her abilities have the best of range, despite their power. this pretty much lets you get off the stun combo till dead thing more often. Like i said however ,games never quite lasted long enough for me to test it.

Why Rylai's on a caster that can't keep up the slow?

I mean, there are better damage items, and Annie is less of a chaser, and more of a stun->combo->repeat until enemy is dead type of champion.

mm, a build that isn't directly mainstream (since it includes lichbane). I can see this work, since your autoattacks have a longer range then your disintegrate.

One small thing: isn't the procc on sheen, trinity and lichbane on a 3 sec internal cd (guide states 2)?
