Annie gains a Pyromania charge every time she casts a spell. Once she has 5 charges her next offensive spell will have the added effect of stunning any enemies it hit for 1.75 seconds.

Spells that can activate the stun are Disintegrate, Incinerate and Summon Tibbers Summon Tibbers's nuke.
The best way to get into the fight preparing your first or second strike to be STUN (x4-x5 Pyromania). Having already STUN you an edge over opponents and also benefit your team to make a DPS as good.

My guess is that to start with the first skill "Disintegrate" to give STUN, and then you can better positioned your ultimate "Summon Tibbers"to make good burst damage as a consequence to come an end burst aoe damage with "Incinerate".
