SUP Thisistherightbuild! I'm Utopus and I'm reviewing your guide based upon your request at Jai's review 'shop'!
There are several changes you can fix in order to make your guide better! Here are some of my ideas

• expand on why you would choose item X; For example, you listed Tear of the Goddess as part of your build in your cheat sheet. This is a little unusual! (not necessarily bad!), so some people may get the wrong impression of your guide lest you explain some of your choices - at least, the non-obvious ones that it!

• in particular, can you explain why you rush Rylai's Crystal Scepter before Rabadon's Deathcap? Usually, your team can provide consistent CC, so i'm not sure how reliant annie is on this, until late game!

• implement a team fighting section! Position is key in a team fight - make a section on where your annie ought to stand during team fights

Hagab srry about this but i have not been updating this guide to to personal problems since iwas summoner lvl 25. I am now lvl 30 and i hope to update this guide in the summer.
