Chapter 1: Introduction
Hi I made this summoner build for you or for people who want to learn to play a little "AP nuker Annie"My build does not guarantee that you win every game, but you will increase the chance of winning :-)
Let's begin analyze this guide.
I tried to create a guide for Annie Dark Child. I'm not going to write further introductions let the guide looked straight :-)
1) Very is potential AOE Stunt(main priority)with Pyromania to get to later.
2) Annie has the best chance to feed in the middle game with her OP ultimate --> Summon: Tibbers
3) Annie may very well creepy.
4) Annie can turn the course teamfight.
5)Annie is a long game, "AP Nuker and the quasi-Tank" and later we find out why :)
1) Annie is very easy when you know how to focus.
2) Annie is quite slow champion.
3) You need to have at the beginning of a larger amount of money on items.
Active: Annie damages target enemy. If Disintegrate kills the target, it refunds its mana cost.
Magic damage: 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245 (+ 70% AP)
Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana
Active: Annie damages all enemies in a 50° area within range.
Magic damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 75% AP)
Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana
-- Magic damage: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 20% AP)
Armor, magic resistance: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60
"I love these skill" and This is like a free Thornmail. Shield is good against melee ad carry :-) We use it when we enter into the grass.
Active: Annie summons Tibbers to target location, damaging enemies within 290 range of him. Tibbers remains for 45 seconds and can move and attack at Annie's will, damaging enemies within 200 range every second
Cost: 125 / 175 / 225 Mana
Summon magic damage: 200 / 325 / 450 (+ 70% AP)
Continual magic damage: 35 (+ 20% AP)
Diameter of Summon's AoE: 560
Diameter of Tibbers' Aura AoE: 200
Health: 1200 / 1600 / 2000
Attack damage: 80 / 105 / 130
Armor: 30 / 50 / 70
Magic resistance: 25 / 45 / 65
* After every 4 spell casts, Annie's next offensive spell will stun all damaged enemies for 1.75 seconds. The stunning spell does not count toward Pyromania's counter.
Chapter 2: Masteries & Runes

Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power
Next up is Greater Seal of Mana Regeneration This rune is good 2v1 game so it is a gang or bottom 2v2 game with adcarry.
Then we have Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power One of the most important rune. It gives you quite a decent amount of ap, which is not addressed as a summoner let's definitely get them :-)
Quintessances, I have 3x Greater Quintessence of Ability Power This rune is good when you have a good Jungler in team that you will frequently go to start mid gangs.
My runes not fit everyone :-) for me but are simply the best. Peace of mind, you can be by yourself..
Chapter 3: Summonor Spells
Ghost : is clever to escape, and to catch up Ganking enemy.
Ganking: You need to have a base stack stunt. Alternatively, you can use ghost or flash. Best of ultimate stunt.
Ignite : I won't go into Ignite as deeply as Ghost as its uses are more limited but still useful. it the 50% reduced heal, this can effectively shut down Dr.Mundo with his Sadism.
Flash : Flash is useful to the enemy gang, or closer to the range stunt.
Exhaust : Exhaust is fine when you need to slow the enemy so you can stack stunt. Since I prefer ignite, ghost, flash. But it can also be useful exhaust.
Teleport : can be used to kill farm creeps and push turret.
Clarity : It do not take this, too useless spell for annie.
: This fact will write in short, use spells rather than ignite, flash, ghost, teleport and possibly exhaust.
Cleanse : It is quite a risk rather impractical to spell annie.
Revive : Nor does it not try to listen but you're a troll:-D but not certainly do not take this spell.
Fortify : it can be but also suggest
Smite: It is dedicated to the jungle for Jungler :-) Let us not take it as rather
Chapter 4: Items
As you may, or may not have read, my objective is to make a tough AP nuker who can withstand team fights and be maximum disruptive. Because we are not going flat ap you will have to Focus better to make sure you are an asset.
is a very good item to mention that it is not useful against a large number of enemy magic ressist usually with more than 100 magic ressist and more worthwhile to build this item. Just have less than 100 Sorcerer's Shoes. The item which should help more late game than early game, which is why in the BIGGER NUKE path, it occurs at the very end.
I love this item in a long game, this item is OP, this is just as AP Blade of the Ruined King against tanks and Target with more hp is just a fact OP item is a bit more expensive than Void Staff but take it as Annie is quite AOE nuker put this in more burn from Target Liandry's Torment Target Take a large number of hp. Furthermore, this item gives good stats. Just this sexy item is definitely highly recommend it. Liandry's torment, which is designed for sustained damage casters, and in fights where you will get your burst combo off will amount to about 7% of their current health AFTER the burst (14% with rylai's) before MR. Assuming you're not rushing liandry's, as that could possibly be the most damage-inefficient build in the world, the MP from the item itself will at that point not overcome the MR built by the enemy team, unless we're talking 900 Elo here. Another disagreement is the Doran's ring opinion. Unless you've already fed a leblanc or veigar 3 kills before level 6, 80 hp, 15 ap, 3 mana regen and 5 per minion kill will save you or at the very least allow you to stay in lane until the jungler comes in, hence why it's an item you generally build when behind, or to stay ahead after an early kill advantage when a blasting rod is out of price range. don't play annie bot lane unless you're trolling, or again bringing up that 900 elo mention, go for a kill as soon as you hit 6, save stun, hide stun etc. etc. decent guide aside from build flaws. suggest adding in actual mid-lane matchups.
Core meaning of course, item's which I get, every game without fail.
- I can not imagine a game AP caster without the shoes in combination with Greater Mark of Magic Penetration very seriously magic penetration.
-Doran is a good item when it combines well with runes to start with a good Jungler it might be a good start to feed. Greater Quintessance of Fortitude's Doran us resolves to:
Bad mana regen.
Little AP while building next items.
- The basic item of every item :-) very decent stats + stats stack really sexy item. Certainly sacrifice golds for this item.
- In combination with Rod of Ages will boost it up to 3k + hp as against Twitch very OP. :) Not to mention when you release Go ahead Molten Shield.
AP Nuker Boost
- is generally very good item for any AP champions. The AP nuke Annie quite necessary in the long game. Definitely recommend this item to buy and invest in a number of the number of AP + AP% of this item is very very sexy investment.
The enemy has a lot of magic resist LOL and so you get a Void Staff and you are laughing with 49% magic penetration from Sorcerer's Shoes and Mark of Magic Penetration you should be dropping tanks.
For Both Paths
Zhonya's Hourglass Watches are well supported by states and the height is a 50 armor 100AP + active gives you invulnerability for a short time for good Sanguine Pool useful in longer games.
Path of the Survivor!
Abyssal A handy item to ap caster to mide. A total against ap champions. With good statmt this item is one of the top items on ap Castera :-)
Guardian Angel, gGood item to teamfight when you kill "guardian angel" revives you and you can continue from AP nukom enemy.
Deathfire Grasp is the perfect item to take down health stackers such as Vladimir who cannot, either way he viably builds get away from gaining health. As a result, by endgame he might have something like 3000 hp and 650 ap, thats a tough ap nuker. Now, combine that 3000 hp with Deathfire Grasp's passive and he has already lost 15% of his CURRENT health. 15% of 3000 = 450 hp. Very good item against tanks. :-)
Banshee's Veil This item call sexy paramedic, it is clear why this bubble of armor and can save lives as against. Its key opponents with heavy cc. Banshee's Veil stops one of these attempts weather it be Rocket Grab Cryptic Gaze or Twisted Advance.
Chapter 5: Team Work & Team Fights
Annie is one of the most important tasks in teamfights - when you hit a good AOE stunt your chances of winning Team Fighte is rapidly increasing, quasi enough of it depends on whether you hit or not.

Chapter 6: Laning bottom Friends & Enemies

Small important turning
Many people said to me when I PICK Annie on bottom with my friends on the duo. My friend Pick up the duo ---> bottom line ADcarry Lulu and Annie people have different opinions. They said to us that we are "*******s,*********ing, *******s and other possible vulgar comments." The game started immediately with this Combo we won a lot of games in a row. Summoners us to start swearing at us and at the end wrote "OP, gj, thx, and the very warm words" but whatever. I told you that you give to the subconscious this sexy combo :-) it's up to you if you try this combo or not.
Rotation of the spells combo
At the beginning of the stack to spawn stunt by Incinerate. Lulu & Annie. Best to wait Disintegrate. We do this so that I can speed Lulu by Whimsy less stunt withstand champion Lulu also gives damage + slow by Whimsy and Annie Incinerate and Ignite. Alternatively Lulu should have this Exhaust combe. All stunners are fine but I prefer lulu. and the stunner Taric so good.
Taunt is very useful for rescue, killing the enemy, to escape into a longer game one hundred per cent.
Supporte with annie are good, one of my loves is morgana. She has Black Shield which you can save and so on.
Swain is an epic laning partner for Annie with strong cc with a snare and slow, he gives Annie what she lacks and allows Swain to hobble his *** over to inflict even more pain, overall they compliment each other perfectly.
Evelynn invisibility is very OP, coupled with Annie IK's stun combo.
Blitzcrank Blitz is amazing when it beats Rocket Grab, knock, silence, Annie stunt. So why not? I think it's wonderful.
I hate when the stunner against me, when you're almost dead stuned little chance of survival.Play caution against stunner.
Silence can stop your OP ap nuke :-(
Kassadin If you are against him kassadina can slowly begin to cry something terrible kassadin with big dmg + silence and f ******.
So this is the stage that I hate comment, these Champions are awfully hard to ignore literally kill your damage.
