Annie - The Dark Child

This is a basic guide for new players to play Annie. Your role when playing, is to nuke all of your enemies health down or take most of it down for your team-mates to finish off.
I have included 2 Annie Builds.
1 for flash and ignite
1 for clarity and ghost

Advantages:
Can stun enemies when energized.
Plenty of money if you last hit minions.
Good for nuking especially when she has been fed.
Mana gets Replenished if desintegrate does a killing blow

Disadvantages:
In a VERY messy gank where everyone is stuck in a massive circle its hard to see where Annie is.
When your abilities are on cooldown and a gank has failed.
Might get called Killstealer because you nuke like hell.

Early Game:
First of all buy boots of speed, 2 health potions and 1 mana potion, this lets you stay in a lane much longer. Last hit with your disintegrate on minions to refund mana, to charge up your pyromania and to farm. If you are playing mid and you constantly farm your money reserves will increase rapidly. If you are playing against an aggressive person that pushes you back to the turret, get energized and unleash desintegrate and incinerate on them, this usually get them to back off. After those items, get mejai's soulstealer if you are doing very good in your lane and you think you can get 20 stacks. If not i recommend abyssal scepter. This basically decreases your enemies magic resistance by 20% when you are near them. If you did get an abyssal scepter or a mejai's soulstealer and you have your ultimate ready get 4 stacks on pyromania, then when u want to attack, hit molten shield to get energized(this makes it unobvious because when you have your stun ready they will see a wind go around your character making them stay away from you).

CHECK HOW MUCH HEALTH THEY HAVE FIRST, IF YOU NUKE THEM AND THEY HAVE 200 HP LEFT I RECOMMEND ASKING YOUR TEAMMATES TO COME TO HELP YOU
YOU CAN ALSO CONTROL YOUR BEAR WITH "ALT + RIGHT CLICK"
Summon tibbers on them because you have your AoE stun, Incinerate and Distegrate for last hitting. If they do get away with little health, I personally use ghost to chase them down depending where they are. You can also use Flash to get close and hit with tibbers and unleash your full combo on them with ignite this would surprise them.

Mid Game:
By this stage you should have achieved some kills and have also bought sorceror's shoes.
This gives you 20% magic penetration as well as Enhanced Movement 2. After this build a void staff or buy one. This gives you 70 AP and also 40% magic penetration, the enemies litterally fall at your feet now, unless an enemy has been fed. Enemies lose 20% magic resistance and 60% is now penetrated through them so i think thats basically 80% magic penetration. Always go for the golem as this gives you cooldown reduction for Tibbers making it you use it more and faster mana regeneration.

Late Game:
I recommend at least building you pyromania stack by 3 when you are in your spawn point or get energized. Having a stun ready and your bear is ESSENTIAL in team fights as your job is to nuke the enemies and scare them off from fighting you. Now you should get Rylai's Crystal Scepter to slow 1 enemy by 35% for 2 seconds and 15% for multiple enemies.
Zhonya's Ring for AP and archangel staff. Archangel has a very good passive which is that everytime you use an ability you mana goes up by 4 and 3% of your max mana gets converted into AP which is good for you. If enemies get away from team fights, chase them with ghost because your normal attacks should deal at least 80-120 and your desintegrate should have finished cool down by then.

Watch out for CC as they can stun and slow you
