Introduction

This build is a cooldown reduction stun / rape build.

Remember to use your stun wise and be smart about how you get it. I use to do it like this: I use my spells till I get 3 stack of the Pyromaniac passive, Then when some1 get close to me(a enemy champion) then I use my ''q'' spell and my ''w'' spell to get the 5th stack of pyromaniac wich is the stun, then I stun them with Tibbers because it becomes a AoE stun wich also deal dmg to the enemy and wich is much more usefull than a stun with the ''q'' spell. And then again I use ''q'' spell and ''w'' spell before the stun is off the target. Then its normally 100% dead before my enemy can do any damage to me.



[Question] Why cooldown reduction items/runes
[Answer] Because when you can use your spells much more often in team fights or in lanes then you easier get your stun and can more often get saved by the stun or get kills because of the cooldown reduction stun.
And for me I got 2 sec cooldown on my ''q'' spell and its so usefull, Believe me.




''q'' spell: Disintegrate:
Annie hurls a mana-infused fireball, dealing damage and refunding the mana cost if it destroys the target.

> This is the spell you wanna stack up to 5 ranks first. Because it deals alot of damage with this build. And it got a 2sec cooldown wich is really nice.
