Introduction

This is my first build submitted, so there will be some kinks to be worked out. Do not attempt this build if you are a first time playing Annie. The spell vamp only works if you can keep a high enough AP to do damage, and consistently. With this build you will be able to almost tank every fight if you have enough AP and Cooldown. I suggest that you read the section on items in detail to understand how to keep your cool in a fight. I picked flash and ignite for the summoner abilities because ignite stacks with spell vamp. This is made for Annie to be in mid, it will be harder to pull off in a double lane.

Runes

Unlike most Annie builds this one doesn't need AP from the runes. The reason for this is that it's better to hit faster, than it is to hit harder. If you wanted to you could see if this build works with Greater Glyph of Force/Potency. Annie needs the Magic pen, because tanks will stock up on Magic defense when they see someone is playing as Annie. The straight mana regen is because in the beginning of the game you want to be able to use your abilities as much as possible, later you can buy a Tear of the Goddess. The Cooldown so you can use all of your abilities as quickly as possible.

Masteries

The major reason for the masteries to be set the way they are is for the creature buffs. If you think you will never get to a creature then go for the mana instead of the creature buff amplifier. I suggest the creature buff because who doesn't like an increased cooldown.

Items

As I said before this is a build for a medium to expert Annie player. The items must be bought in the order specified. When you run out of room sell Dorian's ring, because by that point you are getting about 80 health per swing, and have an archangel's staff, giving 25 mana per 5 sec. If you want the last item can be changed out for Morello's Evil Tome, this will increase your cooldown by 15-20%. so that's a total of 35% cooldown and you should use your spells on as many people as you can. the last three items are interchangable, depending what you lack.

Skill Sequence

This is a typical Annie skill Sequence, except for finishing Disintegrate first. The reason is that spell vamp is decreased by 1/3 for AOE attacks. Next is Inconsiderate, fallowed by Molten Shield. I haven't figured out if Molten Shield replenishes health through spell vamp, so i saved it for last (feel free to comment about Molten Shield).

Farming

For farming it's the same as always. Farm until lv 6 and then nuke your opponent, for extra health and money.
