any ap supp should always opt for eye of the watchers.
annie gets a lot more out of ionian boots than sorc boots, even mobis are better than sorc boots.
runes are all wrong. needs frw / life per level to compensate for her late game lacks and overall bad mobility. magic pen marks are way better early game than ability power
