Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Well, I haven't seen a good build for Annie yet on here, so I decided to make my own. This build is used so that you may chase down enemies over longer distances and also get the extra edge with your speed + range combo. Annie is also a very good anti-tank. If you can get this build right you could handle up to 3 lvl 18s at lvl 16-18. I hope you guys enjoy!
Chapter 1: Runes
Well the rune build is made so that Annie can get as much Magic damage + penetration as possible. With this, your spells will actually be able to do some damage to those "Freakin' Tanks" you see in every game. It also will make it so you will
Chapter 2: Masteries
The masteries are made to make Annie's basic attack go along with her ability power. The other part in utilities increases your mana and speed so you can keep up with people running away from you. You could also try out armor penetration masteries, but I would recommend keeping some of the magic penetration.
Chapter 3: Item Build
Always start with the Boots of Speed. It isn't very smart to go out there and be as slow as a sloth. The potions are recommended for survival in this game, you would have to go back a lot if you don't get them at the first. Get the Catalyst as soon as possible, since its passive will act better than your potions will. After you should get your Boots of Speed to the Ionian Boots of Lucidity. This will help it so your cooldown on your Incinerate and Summon Tibbers is a lot faster. Get the Rod of Ages right after. It will give your that ability power you need that may be causing your character to die against one of the tanks. After which, building Sheen will be the key into making your attack damage more valuable. Lich Bane makes this ability even more powerful by increasing your movement speed and making the next attack added with your ability power instead of your damage doubled. This will make you even more powerful on basic attack. After which you want to buy Kage's Lucky Pick, this will make it so you can earn the gold to buy the rest of your items, and it is also part of the build for another item you will be using later, the Deathfire Grasp. Rabadon's Deathcap will help Lich Bane and all of your abilities.
After you complete the item build, your damage and ability power will be unstoppable. With the added damage from your Lich Bane, and that gets more powerful with all the other items that increase your ability power.
Chapter 4: Skill Build
The Incinerate and Disintegrate can be switched if you wish, and used in that order. I chose Incinerate because it is more powerful when fully finished and is amazing for creep farming. Use your abilties whenever you can to build up your Pyromaniac. Otherwise you won't stun enemies.
