Abilities

Pyromaniac(Passive)- This passive is what makes Annie such a burst damage powerhouse. After using 5 of her abilities she gains a stun which you will notice from the white swirling around her. Using this effectively and knowing what to stun with is what gives you the difference between a free week idiot and a skilled Annie player.

Disintegrate- Annie throws a mana infused fireball, dealing damage and refunding mana cost if it destroys the target. This ability is a good way to start a single person gank with a stun. It should also be used to gain mana by last hitting minions, this ensures you will never have to leave the lane (unless of course for health.) This is a single person gank starter remember this! This should be leveled in conjunction with Incinerate

Incinerate- Annie casts a blazing cone of fire, dealing damage to all targets in the area. This is a multi-person gank starter or team fight help. This ability is wonderful in the fact that it hits multiple people and it should be leveled in conjunction with Disintegrate.

Molten Shield- Shield Annie from harm, reducing damage she takes and returning normal damage attacks. This is not priority until Disintegrate and Incinerate are leveled (so not until level 13) with the exception being that the team you are facing is filled with melee champs, then it will make them cry. The other bonus to this ability (not only the fact that it pisses off melee champs) is that it gives you a point towards your stun!

Tibbers-Annie wills her bear Tibbers to life, dealing damage to units in the area. Tibbers can attack and burn enemies near him. This is what makes Annie well...ANNIE! Tibbers the pedobear of death. This is your burst you drop him doing a massive amount of damage after you drop a stun on someone! Remember stun first then Tibbers!!!


Lanning
This build focuses on being the mid champion. Now most of the time I would expect that a good Annie player would request mid, unless of course their is someone who can do it better(I.E Heimer or Kog'maw) This build also relies a lot on ganking in the other two lanes I will tell you what to do for each part of the game and how to do them.

Early game
at the start of the game go Doran's Ring and a health pot. Now if you are midding, you go to mid starting with Disintegrate instead of incinerate. You do this because you will use Disintegrate to gain mana back by last hitting minions with it. If you do end up having to go in a lane with someone go Incinerate and build your stun up in the fountain. Then head to your lane, once there you can get the early gank in by stunning the two enemies and putting ignite on the one that gets low. If you have someone else who stuns in the lane with you I guarantee you end up with first blood.

All this time while you�re harassing make sure you are last shotting minions with disintegrate as it is important to have the mana gain. If you know you are going to try to kill your enemy in lane save your stun and your stun rotation. Start with disintegrate if it�s one person and incinerate if you are trying to stun multiples. Once you hit 6 you should be able to kill the person you are midding against if you are mid with disinigrate, Tibbers, incinerate, ignite. Keep in mind that you will need to kill early because this build works best with Mejai's and an Annie with early Mejai's stacks is a deadly little girl.

Mid game
At mid game you should have your rod of ages, boots, and mejai's. If you have gone mid and are dominating your lane it is time to gank. Suggest to your team to put down sight or vision wards, this makes ganking, just pure mean. You will teleport to the sight word that best puts you in the position to gank. Make sure that you know which of the two you are going to do remember (Incinerate for multiple people Disintegrate for single target.) then you go at them with the rotation of Disintegrate, tibbers, Incinerate, disintegrate, ignite....death. make sure you remember always stun then Tibbers or you will not get a kill combo.

Late Game

By this time team fights are pretty much all the time and you should have almost your whole build except maybe Archangels. If you haven't already figured out what your job is in team fights I will let you know. In team fights let the tank go first you have the upper hand with knowing who your main target is going to be, make sure it is a heavy dps who needs to go down to ensure your teams win. Start with incinerating the entire team. Then put Tibbers down on the dps you and your team are focusing, then disintegrate. From there turn your focus on the rest of the team who should already be extremely low especially if you have stacks and are doing a ridiculous amount of damage.

So a kill combo with Annie goes as

Q or W then Tibbers then Q or W then ignite = death.

If you�re curious about your shield, I never level it till last; it isn't a priority, unless you have heavy melee teams you are fighting in which case maybe get one point in it after you hit level 6. The shield is nice if you get focused by melee and it does add a point towards your stun. It takes five hits of any of your abilities to work up your stun...remember this. Working your stun up in the fountain before going into a team fight is an extremely good idea. This gives you an opportunity if you are in a team fight to get a second stun up before the team either runs or kills you (Depending on how good your team is.) I will tell you this, if you are not quick about dropping a rotation during stuns, you will never get kills, you have to be quick and in a hurry.

Items

Now I put down a general 6 item list, the ones that are a most are Mejai's boots, rod of ages, and Ryali�s, but you do have a little bit of moving room with the last two if you are having a rough time with getting focused Zhonya's of course, if there is a lot of magic resist go void staff for the last item and if their are a lot of casters go Abyssal Scepter, if you are truly having a hard time go banshee's instead of Abyssal. And whenever you have extra money and nothing to buy for awhile get an elixir it can go a long way. Always remember this build works very well with Mejai's meaning, you need to get assists and kills to ensure you get too twenty stacks.
