Welcome ***Read before using build***

Hey there! Sinsante here. I only play on the US servers. Thanks for checking out my guide on Annie!

Here I will post patch notes and changes on items used in the build or changes to Annie herself.

And before you try to use this build you must know that it is mainly used for dealing damage you won't have much survivability late game but you will completely dominate with a team that can keep you alive.

Skill Order

I usually go R/Q/W/E. But there is a different path where you max W and it goes R/W/Q/E. But this way you use a lot more MP than the suggested order. You can do more damage early on and sometimes farm better with Incinerate maxed since it is an cone and does major damage. With the R/Q/W/E order I can usually farm better in my opinion and harass more frequently. The way you use your skills in a team fight is to R/W/Q/W and so on. You might want to use your E as well since it is a built in Thornmail so if you have a melee champion picking you off you can do some extra damage against them if they are focusing you. It isn't guaranteed to keep you alive but most of the time if you're being targeted by a melee DPS champion you can probably nuke them before they get you to even half health. And if it does happen by a ranged DPS you can get them very easily. You can chase with disintegrate and stunlock them to death. But always watch your surroundings since you can die very easily since this build does not give you much survivability unless you get a Rylai's instead of a Rod of Ages.

Runes

I usually use Greater Mark of Insight, Greater Seal of Replenishment/Clarity. They are both great choices and you can choose either but i have both and i prefer Replenishment. Greater Glyph of Potency and finally Greater Quintessence of Insight. With the magic penetration on the quintessence and marks you will have 60 magic penetration that is including void staff as well. AP Glyphs will help you early on since you start with Sapphire Crystal and not Doran's Ring.

Mid Lane - Early Game - Late Game.

EARLY GAME
I pick mid most of the time with Annie because of her range, damage, and stun. Most of the time if i have a Karthus on my team I would still take middle since with this build you can support your team a lot more early game and late game due to the farm you get in middle. Early on I can focus down the enemy mid very quickly by last hitting very efficiently and harassing. Since Annie is a nuke she can harass down to the point where one set of spells can be very deadly. By the time I'm level 6 I either have or have the opportunity to gank or kill the enemy middle lane. Don't forget with Annie you are a very good ganking champion due to your stun and massive amounts of burst damage and low cooldowns.

MID GAME
By now you should have a good amount of minion kills, champion kills and pushing towers. Annie is also a very great pusher due to her range and damage on incinerate. Usually you can wipe an entire minion wave with incinerate, and thanks to it you can push lanes very quickly. You also want to get Golem Buff so your cooldowns are lower and for the mana regen. Now you should be a vital part to your team's team fighting due to your Tibbers stun and aoe damage. During team fighting you should always be spamming incinerate and disintegrate. Disintegrate is for focusing down one person and Incinerate for taking down multiple champions at once.

LATE GAME
You should have most of your build completed and be able to take down most people with your combo of spells. Here you should focus on supporting your team via pushing or defending. Here you are also trying to get the kills that could change a game on the more important enemy champions like their main DPS or tank. That is if you can solo their tank if you think you can.

Item Order

I start with a Sapphire Crystal and 2 health pots to help stay in lane against most harassment. You want to try to use these potions as less as possible since you have two and you. Usually first port to base i have enough for Boots of Speed. and an Amplifying Tome. Second port back to base you can get Sorcerer shoes and Mejai's Soulstealer. ***This item is not always needed if you are not doing well or you think you can't get the stacks for it.***. Here is where things change.Next you turn your starting item Sapphire Crystal into Catalyst the Protector or if you're going to get a Rylai's Crystal Scepter you can buy a Blasting Wand and either a Giant's Belt or an Amplifying Tome. This build is somewhat changeable due to the Rod of Ages and Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Now you start to build your Zhonya's Hourglass, you buy the Needlessly Large Rod and Chain Vest if you can at that time. Same thing with Rabadon's Deathcap, you get the Needlessly Large Rod and Blasting Wand if you can at that time. This last item is optional if you chose to buy both Rylai's Crystal Scepter. You can either take out Zhonya's Hourglass and buy Void Staff at the end instead.
