Nice guide , upvoted but how about changing just one of the magic pen quints with one hp quint for extra hp.Do you find this viable ? (btw i first +1 then commented that's why you cant see it here).

Personally, between Rod of Ages, and the HP seals I think she has enough. However, it wouldn't hurt if you'd like to replace one Magic Pen Quint to an HP one to fit your playstyle :)

really nice guide but i've got one thing to say i mean im using ghost not blink and wouldnt it be better to get the point for it the masteries instead the 0.66 critchance ? just thinking bout it a little =) anyway real nice build !

i'm just gonna put my own opinion into this
Mejai's, as much as this item is awesome when you have 20 stacks, i really don't like getting this item unless i'm Soraka because then i get auto assist from my ulti lol...
and Rylais is great, but you have a Stun and your a nuker and
if you want more HP i would get Banshee's Veil, a smart team would focus you if your annie and u kinda need it
Also, instead of Mejai, i would get an Abyssal Scepter or Lich Bane
Abyssal is more for the Magic Resist and extra AP
Lich Bane is for the MS, and since your AA range is bigger than all of your skills it adds really nice damage, also adds minor Magic Resist and some AP

sorry it's a long post, but i think it's a nice build and probably works well
those are just my opinion

If you're doing Ghost, then it would only make sense to grab that one Ghost talent :) Reason I like flash, is that it sets up the enemy for a Tibbers-rofl-****. But, if Ghost is more into your play style then I approve! :)



Opinions are more than welcome :) Reason I get Mejai's on Annie is because she is just as amazing at getting assists as she is with kills. Seriously, I normally get 10 assists a game if not more. Of course, it's all play style preference, if worrying about stacks stresses you out, don't get it :)

The Banshee's Veil suggestion is a good one, and there are games I do pick it up. I hardly ever build Ryali's, there is a bit of updating I need to do on this guide.

If you're going to replace Mejai's you would get Archangel's Staff hands down. Abyssal Scepter is alright second choice, but Lich Bane is a horrible choice. Annie (while she does have good auto attack range) just doesn't auto attack. I really just don't see it being effective. Of course, if you rock with Lich Bane, don't let me stop you. Just you won't be seeing me build it is all :)

I just wanted to say a few things, First off I love your build and guide! I have just recently started playing annie a lot, and she is so much fun! dropping Tibbers on a team fight with a stun is hilarious, I pull off quad and penta kills and it makes the other team rage so bad! Your guide is perfect I havent swayed from it much besides some games using a banshee's veil!
