Hi, I am a decently new Annie player, with just under 50 games so far. Yet I still have had my feel around with her, and have experienced a lot of troubles yet upsides with her. If you're looking for a high burst champion with easy lane clearing you're looking at the right champion.

The runes chosen for this build are very standard, except one bit. The scaling AP, with this you're able to reach +3.06 AP for each rune at level 18, while the 1.2 AP from the flat AP rune will stay the same. With Annie and her W lane clearing, you usually end up level 6-8 within the first 10 minutes of the game, meaning you will already match the same AP from the Flat AP.
