When i started playing ranked i went back and forth between different chars untill i decided that i wanted to have annie as my main, i used this exact build for 3 games and went mid all of them. I dominated and after three games my scores with annie was 55-5-31 which was ofcourse three easy wins even if one of the games was a 4v5.
so if u want an easy time in early elo games play annie mid and learn to be good with her.

annie is incredibly easy to farm with simply because her q is a lvl 1 90dmg attack wich travels fast and restores mana if it kills its target, this makes it so that the only thing that could stop you from gettin the creeps is the cooldown on it and thats partially the reason i use cdr glyphs. then later once u have som ap ur w can clear caster minions with one shot which makes farming in mid to late game a piece of cake.

now the thing is i suspect there is alot of other builds like this one out there but i want u to know that i did not copy this build from anywhere, i made it 100% by myself while playing annie.
whenever i want a win like to beat some real cokcy guy who challenges me, i pick annie and burn him into nothing but ash...

pros: easy farmer
mega scary at lvl 6
great passive
can stun an entire team while dealing mega damage
her ulty is very useful in many different ways
dominates 1v1 lanes
can melt enemy carries easily

cons: can be very squishy throughout the whole game
doesnt do well in 2v2 lanes
u have to make your stuns worth it or u will not win

now this is just a little bonus but if u want to be crazy and try jugnling annie its actually possible, use smite and heal, start with molten shield and blue buff, clear the jungle.
this makes your q very weak and ur summoners doesnt help u at all so i only recomend it for normal games when u really really bored :)
