I focus on utility because, in my opinion, +5-10 AP / 3% damage or so won't change much.
I'm focusing on getting 20% flat CDR, allowing to spam way more my spells (and can abuse it due to Blue buff mana regen, which increase the more your mana pool is depleted). Utility also provide 3% spellvamp which helps a lot to sustain as you don't have a base heal, and some mana regen, buff duration, experience (if you get denied early) and so on.

All of this together seems way more important to me than some points in offense/defense ;)

A nice build, I like the fact your item choice is similar to mine.

But why focus so much on utility tree ? you need more damage to jungle properly, and the new masteries tree is really good for Lulu

Hi. Hm i checked all Mobafire Lulu's guides before posting ths one, and even if some of them are playing her AD, Hybrid or Jungle, there is no guide who's doing both jungle & attack speed utility.

For some early AD power I guess you could rush Berserker's Greaves instead of Mobility Boots, then focus on Spirit of the Elder Lizard which will still be procs by Runaan's Hurricane.

For some early AP power, consider Sorcerer's Shoes and maybe a Spirit of the Spectral Wraith ?
Guinsoo's Rageblade could also be a good choice, if fed.

But i won't recommand getting over Chalice of Harmony because of the huge mana costs ; or maybe going mostly AD early & getting 6% life steal thanks to 3 x Greater Quintessence of Life Steal. I usually use those with AD junglers : it allow some sustain & avoid getting a Vampiric Scepter & going straight to The Brutalizer or B. F. Sword.
