the runes is just as a troll have not really played around with them that much and i find that i have the Warmogs because i do have to cover a lot with the creep kills having the extra health is nice, but i do change it out depending on the fight like abyssal scepter is great to have in place of it.

My only problem with this build is the Warmogs, I feel like a tank like Rammus should not be taking that much farm away from his carries, but im not going to down vote it because of that. I mean in theory this build would be mmmokay!

ive personally seen this build used numerous and it resulted in the same thing. complete rape. thumbs up for me

interesting :D but why do you take fortify and flash? i recommend teleport and flash or teleport and fortify. and also why all armour runes -.-
