good guide and well though out, I like that you start the guide by making a clear distinction from offtank/tank ww. A few things:
you should take a look at jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/making-a-guide-101506
it gives a lot of great formatting tips that will help you really sharpen up your guide and make it pleasing to the eye. The way it is right now works for the information you're presenting, but it's not as "crisp" as it can be.
I also don't think you should downplay wriggle's. Wriggle's is a great item for securing baron. A WW with just zerker greaves, a wriggle's, and a madred's can solo baron at level 16. And the fact that you have so much magic resistance shredding in your build, the wriggle's proc would do even MORE damage to minion camps, really speeding up how quickly you get baron. And that wriggle's gives you free wards automatically gives it a "scales well into late game" since wards are ALWAYS useful.
As for frozen mallet, I don't think it synergizes too well with this build since you're more about on-hit shredding than getting a slow proc on. Plus it's so late in the build that you probably never actually build it considering its price.
I would also consider adding a video of your jungling route instead of describing it in text. You can use lol replay and fraps to record your video.
Other than that, good information here.

With Dominon just around the corner have you thought about looking at any of the new items soon. Entrophy, ionic spark, kitae's bloodrazer and the lightbringer all look like viable options. just letting you know to have a look, one of them could be the secret ingrediant to a cheap immortal WW.

Haha yeah I actually just played two games of Dominion now that the limited beta is out, and I have to say it's a lot of fun, albeit there are a number of balancing issues. It seems to be the case just as 3v3 that some champs like Akali, Jax, and Xin Zhao absolutely melt faces in dominion because of high base damages and scaling, so riot has their wor kcut out for the to make it balanced. And I think once dominion comes out in full swing with more people playing it, I'll definitely have to look into making a section in my warwick guide that details certain strategies and itemization for the particular game mode. I especially love some of these new items, too bad their only available in dominion though... Entropy in particular looks badass, although Kitae's Bloodrazor is just a nerfed Madred's Bloodrazor.

This is a great guide! Not for the build ( Not saying that its bad. I do like it.) but for the advice and tips that you are giving. Also I like the item overview for warwick. I can see a lot of to was put in this Guide. Great Work! ^_^

Overall I really like your build, not to say i agree with all of your decisions. I cant say ive ever seen anyone proc ap and attack speed like this the way you would Teemo but now that im thinking about it, it makes alot of sense. Exhaust is a good summoner skill to have but i would like to note that you talk down on Ghost and i want to make a point that if you secondary Blood Scent instead of hunters call popping a ghost while you have the movement speed boost from Blood Scent pretty much garentees a kill. I also find it funny that you mention you never see Phantom Dancer with warwick because that is what i do myself. Two of those babys and Madred's Bloodrazor. not only will you have attack speed for days but your base movement will be over 500.

Over all a fantastic guide. +1

Yeah it's a bit unorthodox considering the current tankwick meta, but I've had lots of success running this anti-carry build and all proc items synergize so well with his ulti it's amazing. And actually I had written this guide a while ago and haven't updates all the sections, and since then I have run Ghost a number of times and had success with it, so I'll revise that summoner section as soon as possible, thanks for reminding me. And Yeah I really haven't seen too many Phantom Dancers but I would imagine they could do work. Thanks for the comment friend, I appreciate it for sure!

You should rethink putting points in your masteries for increased critical strike damage, since you have 0% crit chance. Just saying, otherwise basically how I approach WW.

Krok has a point except instead of 0% you have 2% crit chance from masteries. I would suggest you take the 3 points from lethality and 1 point from deadliness and move 3 to alacrity and 1 to archaic knowledge. While it is true that flat pen and % pen don't mix the greatest, nobody stays at 30 Mres forever. Since you are proc'ing magic damage on attacks as a significant portion of your damage along with having 2 skills that deal magic damage, the extra 15% pen and 3% AS will be far more useful than .67% crit chance and 10% crit damage.

I am not sure how to vote, this is the first time I am posting. Once I figure out how to though I will give you a thumbs up.
