Keep in mind, Michael my friend, this is from my experience with mid Morg. Pretty annoying, and she shoves really hard.

Your analysis of Morgana laning pains me. Morg's strength lies in her pushing and chipping away at your tower and her utter safety in lane from ganks. You should specifically ask your jg not to gank you and just farm under tower until you can roam and pressure the map.
