Guide Summary.

Now I am only a low Elo player and I'm not going to go over the mechanics, just play fizz like a mid lamer and safe farm through the early until you get kill potential. Start flask and 3 pots. This is not a guide as much as it is just a build, this build is still a work in progress but at the moment it is working incredibly well as tanks are very good in the meta at the moment, this build makes you a tank with enough damage to blow up squishes while still having the AA missing health damage for tanks. Now go and carry your games.
