Not much AP for AP Gangplank

The goal is to be as effective as possible with a unique concept, not to troll. Full AP Gangplank has a very difficult time surviving any lane and being effective. The only reason AP is effective is because it substantially increases the power of GP's W as well as doing a bit to help the ultimate. It gives GP tankiness with W and global presence with ultimate. So the best AP Gangplank build is one that maximizes the tankiness and global presence of gangplank, the things that AP increases.

Essentially, this is an attempt to figure out what the best GP support build is that actually supports his team, and the interesting niche of maximizing the power of his W and ultimate seems like an interesting way to do that.

It might turn out that Klepto/Triforce is always the best way to build GP support, but that has already been tried and can work if you are super good at Gangplank. I'm hoping that this build is a more consistent version of Gangplank support, and that just so happens to be "AP."
